Finally I left my trailer park for a more upscale trailer park. So nice that my new trailer has a bathtub and sink in the middle of the master bedroom, and not a, small oe I mean one where a 4some with 3 ultra sized women is possible in this tub, bill clinton be jealous.

Few will appreciate tub size. The world is full of Neanderthals.

My happiest days as a single twenty something were in my 12x60 in Las Vegas right near the Air Force Base.

As I was trying to sell it to a nice young couple with a baby, the Thunderbirds (F4’s) flew right over us to land ~ 500 ft? to land. I was used to it, but the baby went ape ****. So much for that sale.

I like the compactness. I called it my “candominium”.

Sold it and broke even when I had to move.

Long ago and in a galaxy far away, I dated a woman who lived in a trailer. She was located in the mid-Atlantic region. I spent a few days over the Christmas holiday with her. Early one morning the heat quit, that sumbich went from warm to seeing your breath in record time.

My old trailer was like that, poorly sealed, in the summer it got bad between the steel siding turning it into an over and the poorly sealed ducts where my electric bill would reach 3-400 a month to keep the house at 85, and it took the ac running near nonstop to do that.

The new place the landlord said it struggles getting the temp below 80, however the seal seems better, have not got to play with the ac yet but that winder blast that got this area to below 25 degrees had the heater barely running at all to keep the house at 60, vs the old trailer turning off the heater would drop it down to 30-35 in 10-20 minutes.

I am responsible for lawncare, just as I was about to buy a new reel type lawnmower since the yard is small enough it does not need a gas one, my brother sends me an image of a free mower down the block, got it and it has the legendary briggs and stratton flat head no one puts in anything anymore except one tiller, I think lawnmowers stopped using them almost 20 years ago in favor of the ohv briggs engine.

Well it fired right up third pull then every pull after that, the shutoff cable was missing and the governor messed up, so unless I manually pull the throttle it idles low and I have to pull the plug to shut it off. Plan to get some new universal cables for it and play with the governor, as well as sharpen the blade and spend 16 dollars for the carb kit that includes a new ait filter to replace the one not there.
