OK, I live in a 3rd world country where everything is cheap but service is awful. A few months back my personal high backed leather captain's chair (which I bought for $100) broke after two years- it still works but it just wobbles so I cant sit straight. Although its past warranty I could still have them pick it up for service and repair- the problem is that I called them and they said they would have to order the part from overseas and they havent gotten back to me for six months now.
Do I just bite the bullet and buy a new chair or should I keep pestering them to service it?
