The missus got us one of those mattress in a box units. Leesa, very pleased and they have something like a three month like it or we’ll come get it guarantee. There are a few manufacturers; Casper, Leesa and others; sleep tight....

    Re: Mattress question

My girlfriend and I have no problem sleeping in our bed. A few springs are showing so I got some duct tape and cover them. We have a firm mattress so the bounce is only a half oncezzzzzzzzzzz.

My older daughter suggested two twin sized mattresses (since they are the same size) and he can get the comfort level he wants (he usually likes medium, and I like plush). It might also help with the bouncing ****. He can bounce and I won't feel it because it'll be totally separate mattresses.

Anybody done this? I haven't pulled the trigger on either, yet. I am hoping that the store I am shopping at will price match, so I am waiting on that to decide which store to buy at.

But it will be cheaper, too, to go the twin route. I just don't know - that divide in the middle could get annoying.
The sleep number beds used to have separate adjustable firmness on each side.

I liked it but my wife couldn't stop adjusting her side.

My parents had that , yea many years ago. They had a headboard that connected one corner of them, so they could swing apart to make the bed. It would be easier to get the beds in and out of the house too.

    You will never regret it.

On a recent trip to the swamp with my wife, we stayed at the Orange, TX Holiday Inn Suites and they had a king sized mattress.
best sleep either of us had ever had.
We had committed to get one when we got back, but have not because I still have to go to the spare bedroom because of her snoring.
Every morning I have to put the curtains back up on the windows because she sucks them off their rails.
    It is hurricane level.

There is a reason my hotel chain charges more for a room with a king sized bed in it.
    They are awesome!
She might want to get checked for sleep apnea.
