We started using a food delivery service called Doordash a while back, and just had a bad experience that Doordash went over and above the call of duty to correct. Our order this evening was all incorrect. One item was missing, and none of the condiments we ordered for the rest of the order arrived either. I went into a chat with Doordash, expecting redelivery of the missing item, and giving up on getting the condiments for the rest. Instead, Doordash credited the entire amount, which was more than 30 bucks, back to my account with them. Essentially, we got our food today free of charge. Anybody can screw up an order, but it is rare that a company does customer service at this kind of level. Tomorrow, I am going to the BBB web site and making a recommendation for this company. It is refreshing to see such an honest company out there. Will I use them again? You bet your ass I will.
