Some of the others can be taken care of by wearing headphones with soothing music, or 'nature sounds'...

I mostly just listen to music now. I got a 10 ft. charging cord, so I can charge my phone in my bed, and I can listen to music.

Sounds about right. I have a tablet (an older one, but it works well for me), that I use for my alarm clock, reading, and music. It' got bluetooth, and I have some bluetooth headphones so sometimes I will use those, and zone out from reality.

This happens in the workplace as well, just not as bad. And yeah, it's usually someone with young children that brings it in, or that's who we always blamed, anyway. Having to try to meet deadlines when you're too sick to think straight is a bitch.;) Chill and get feeling better!
