Must Have Halloween Decorations

Just found this, and had to order for the holiday: White W59 Inch * L71 Inch Gothic Help Me Shadow Shower Curtain For Halloween | RoseGal.com

Any one else know of some must have, cool Halloween decorations?

I actually have a large front yard, so out door decorations are big with my family.

Fake foam headstones, zombie bodies, and all those neat things to make a nice graveyard out front....topped off with a cheap smoke machine and appropriate lights for effect.

Im planning to do the Clint Eastwood "get off my lawn" routine when the trick or treaters come by.

Just kidding.

Since I live in a gated community with a house maid, I'll let her man the door to give out the candy while I take my kid out trick or treating in the neighborhood (his first). I sitll dont know what kind of costume he'll be wearing though.

I recall a Halloween party given by my sister a few years ago; She had a large plastic witches cauldron that she filled with seven up and some kind of fruit juice...she put a few green glowing chem lites in the bottom and tossed in a little bit of dry ice.

It made for a very interesting effect..... punch served out of a smoking cauldron that was glowing green on the inside....her children and their friends loved it.

I just have my friends who got a deer/elk drop off their gut pile and then string them from the trees.:twisted::2sick1:

I hope they clean up afterwords promptly...

Sadly there are never any trick or treaters in my neighborhood.

That's how it used to be at our old house, we got, I kid you not, 2 trick-or-treaters in 17 years total. And they were probably adults. But since we moved, we got about 200 kids last year which is a welcome change. My wife and I had to work and my youngest daughter handed out candy, but this year we want to do something fun. Tomorrow on the way home, I'll be picking up some parts, I have to install a couple of outlets in the front yard, mostly for Christmas lights but we're going to make use of them for Halloween too. We stopped by a Halloween store over the weekend and it just made me want to build things. We'll see how it turns out.
