My Facebook and Gmail accounts have been permanently disabled, and I am getting notifications from this website from a thread called "New psycho". From the penalty box...

Are these all connected, what's going on?

Neither your Facebook, nor Gmail have anything to do with this site. GMail is Google, and Facebook is...Facebook.

The Penalty Box is a Basement Sub-Forum.

The Basement is where threads that are determined to be garbage can be started or sent; or AS IN YOUR CASE if one is started using a quote from another member's post. You must have email notifications on, and you got a notice your post was quoted by someone who posted in the Basement.

What kind of notifications are you getting if you cannot access your email acct?

It could be all connected. The Feds might be involved. I'd consider protocol zero.
