My occupation is listed on the 'highest rates' list

My profession along with a couple of professions that I was interested in are in the highest rates list

Well, I've been a cop, a salesman, and a boss man, so color me psycho I guess. :)

My profession along with a couple of professions that I was interested in are in the highest rates list

I've been in occupations that straddle both groups, but more of the lower than higher. What would that make me, schizoid? Ha, ha.

My profession along with a couple of professions that I was interested in are in the highest rates list

I know I'm not a psychopath, what do you think about the list? Accurate from your experience in the professions you mentioned?

Does the fact that I want to be almightily powerful and rule the world; and striving for that now. And the fact at one point I was contemplating to become a pollice officer, so I could get away with murder whenever I feel like it (not anymore). Or the fact that I am eventually going to become a lawyer and an MP so I can dictate peoples lives. Or another fact that I get a MASSIVE adrenaline rush from seeing pain, harm done to others - causing me arousal problems. Or the fact that I use to fantasize how I could catch wonderlous stranders and torture them [creatively] pretty much all day for a few weeks. Make me a psychopath*? NO. Not one bit at all. That list is a composition of simple cliches, familiarities of how [were] psychopaths acted.

It's a bunch of pseudo bull****. Absolute #%@!ing garbage, so some pansy fu#% ers that don't have a backbone and can feel good about themselves and jerk off to their sad little bubble they have just created for themselves.

I tell you guys what. You're MORE likely to be included on the Aspergers Syndrome Spectrum. There, fair?

Y'guys should search up "Aspergers Syndrome Spectrum" and then post a test onto this website afterwards - major bragging rights [included].

I'm an Accountant, which means I'm the sanest person here

I’m the CEO of a law firm specialising in selling medical and police procedure documentaries to TV stations. I’m also a part-time Chaplin for the government’s catering department.

No, no, no! I'm saner damn it!

A long time ago, we had a poster here who's signature was something like "I am completely sane... and I have the paperwork that proves it".

Mine doesn't appear in either list, so I guess not.

Journalist... I am actually surprised by that. The guy from Night Crawler, I can see that, but that was a movie... ... I don't think most journalists are like that.

Congratulations. You're a psychopath. :2party:

I wonder who is the biggest psychopath on dp.

I was surprised that 'teacher' isn't on the psychopath list. Every week there's a new story of teachers having sex with 9th graders, which seems pretty psychopathic to me.

Journalists exhibit many traits of a psychopath I'd say; superficial charm, grandiose view of self, etc.

I have worked with some crazy accountants. Seriously, I used to question my former boss's mental health all the time. I know people who still work there and do the very same. It's like you don't know what kind of person she will be from day to day or what kind of mood she will be in.

I would think Accountants would be high on the list, because it's all money and numbers. I don't need to like people or have empathy to do well in accounting/finance.

Yeah but one key characteristic of psychopaths is they're prone to boredom, and need risk taking for excitement. If you get bored easily, you aren't getting anywhere near accounting.

I disagree. An accountant/financial analyst will have a lot of opportunities to boost their ego and sense of self importance.

I wonder where porn stars rank... I would guess high...

Career military, 21 years active duty, another 26 working for the army as a civilian. Surprising the military isn't listed. The military can harden one's heart to where not much effects him. Some anyway. Whether that's good or bad, who knows?
