Almost every natural bodybuilder I have met, aka never touches steroids, is usually in their 50-70's before they ever break the 500 pound weight lifting benchmark, and start whooping people like that in strength contests.

It happens, it was probably some guy who ran to gnc and got pumped up offf suplements and weight lifted a few years vs a guy who weight lifted probably for the last few decades.
