Police said Carter got into a taxi around 4:24 a.m. with two men that was called from a local hotel. In the vehicle, Carter performed a sex act on the 29-year-old driver while another passenger, Corey Jackson, 20, held a knife against his throat.

Carter and the two men allegedly stole $32 from the driver’s pocket and fled.

Interesting. Corey Jackson is wanted for murder. I am unsure why the sex act was necessary to steal $32. Perhaps they were on drugs. That is the only logical explanation I could think of.

Why you people insist on putting up these sad news stories of awful crimes committed by obviously insane/near-insane people is beyond me.

Anyway, I have to laugh at robbers that get low sums of money and long sentences.
 
I'm guessing it was some sick twisted 'game' these 3 were trying because these sickos thought it would be fun to see if the cabbie could get 'aroused' while a knife was being held to his throat.

They needed him to stay still during the robbery, so yes. The sex acts was probably just something she did on her own when the chance offered itself.

No I don't know what you mean. The driver didn't do anything wrong as far as we know. He's the one who was robbed.

Of course, but she also may have been the person over whom power was being exercised. The men could have been grooming her in some way. Not making excuses for her. This is such an odd thing, that it feels like there is another angle to this than some kink.

well that is an interesting point that I had not considered

it might well be backed up by the fact that the two men are still on the loose but they caught her

would be interesting to have access her to her statement
