Have you all seen this? It's such an odd angle for a photograph. Is she leaning over and about to fall? Also, her earrings should've been silver with the cool-toned jacket she has on. She clearly doesn't know how to style herself. She has a dull, semi-creepy look in her eyes too like she'd rather be doing a rain dance instead of staring awkwardly into a camera. And let's not even talk about her hairstyle. Yeesh.
 
Well, actually, yeah, this too is a crappy portrait. Flat lighting, poor crop, looks like a snap shot.

Without knowing the context of the photograph, the only thing that can be accurately stated is that you concern yourself with really trivial things.

I agree silver earrings would be more suitable for that particular shade of purplish blue, but these days the rules are much more fluid in such matters as they once were. The hairstyle is how she wears her hair. Simple,no fuss, just needs an efficient haircut once in awhile and then it is wash and go.

I've alway thought Elizabeth was an attractive lady, makes a good appearance, and looks approachable and likable. Her appearance sure doesn't go with her personality and message though.

Her official Senate photo I believe--same gold earrings which may be the only jewelry she wears?:

I think she looks fine too. Good call on the earrings -- they must be special or she just doesn't like to change things up.
