Mind you, it's a bit tongue in cheek, but there is a petition to draft Obama to be a candidate for President of France in 2017.

Apparent, this group said "Why have candidates you can vote against, when there is a candidate you can vote for", and 'He's variable now, so why not'?

I doubt he would want to, even if he was eligible to.
