So I kind of caught the bug with slow cooking a few weeks ago. I slow cooked a spiral ham for a work function Christmas dinner. It came out so well that I cooked our Christmas dinner at home where I had to feed nine people. Found recipies online with a quick search. This is how it came out:

Closest to furthest:
Brisket (slow cooked for 14 hours)
Spiral ham (slow cooked for 14 hours)
Both the Spiral ham and the Brisket were deliciously tender but such a long cook made it hard to cut due to it just wanting to fall apart.
Green bean cassorole. (Easy recipe found on back of fried onion container)
Pilsbury croissants
Wife made the mashed potatoes and her sister made red chili gravy with pork chunks.
Day after Christmas I went out and got a bigger slow cooker. Now I'm looking to try new dishes. Anyone else into slow cooking?
