I can tell you what it means. It means a ploy as old as mankind. What is that? SCREW THE POOR!!! After all, who cares if their toes freeze and fall off. Right? I can tell you what is really needed. A sort of Marshall plan here in the U.S. to put solar cells on every private and commercial roof in the U.S. And to seize control of all the U.S. car companies and put them under the control of the TESLA car company. To make all cars electric. Not those overly complicated and expensive hybred cars. Though I would be in favor of them being allowed to have something like a one cylinder lawnmower type of engine to run heat and air conditioning. If oil and coal companies don't like any of this, screw them. The planet needs to be saved. And the toes of the poor need to be kept from freezing and falling off.

I figure we have about 50 years before most of the life on earth goes extinct. Does that mean anything to you? Also, there will be a time when the sun gets so hot that all the life on earth will be gone. But it will "survive" for a few billion years. That is cold comfort.

50 years? If we don't get a general and communal international security structure that is robust and legitimate 50 year is longer than most people will have anyway. ;)

What. Are you retarded? Not long ago, I was watching a show hosted by Bill Nye, the science guy. In it, he was talking to a college professor who had been studying the problem for about 15 years. He decided to quit his tenured professorship and start preparing for doomsday. According to him, he said that most of the life on earth would be extinct in about 20 years. Do you think you really know better than he would have? Though I myself think it will take about 50 years. But I could be wrong. When things get exponentially worse, things can catch up with you in a hurry.

Yeah. The end of the world has been predicted over and over again. By lowlife dumbass preachers! What I am talking about is science. Also, we cant save China, India or any other country where people breed like bacteria. The best we can hope for is for people here to be "racist" enough to try and save ourselves.
