Basically all of those "As Seen on TV" advertisements can be considered false advertising, because none of that garbage actually works.

Reminds me of that old shampoo commercial where the woman washing her hair is making it sound like she's having an orgasm just from using that specific shampoo.

I forget the shampoo, but remember the moaning and ....

Now that's not very smart. You are supposed to do it the other way around and remember the shampoo.

It's amazing to me how fast food chains get away with their rampant and brazen false advertising. Have you ever bought a burger from a fast food restaurant and compared it to the version they peddle to the masses? truly orwellian.

Or the 1970s era Pearldrops commercial with the woman running her tongue over her teeth quite suggestively and moaning, "Mmmmmmmm.... It's a GREAT feeling!" (hint hint hint hint hint).

I assume you never had an intimate moment with my ex-wife. It does remind me of Lena Dunham's Democrat Party ad saying voting for Obama the first time was just like having sex the first time. Well, you do get screwed either way.

All food advertising is this way. The milk in cereal commercials is usually elmer's glue. Syrup is motor oil. Strawberries are painted with lipstick.
