Its a clever take with hazelnut in it and referencing dazed and confused which has been a coming of age saying since I don't know when.
I feel bad if the mother had a real triggered experience by the product's name. I don't think it warrants changing the product name.
I also notice Opposing Views likes to misname articles in order to get ore readers (presumably).
Unless I missed it, I didn't see anywhere where anyone from Ben & Jerry's used the words "Get over it" to the woman who had lost her son.
If they had, I'd be fired up because that's beyond insensitive. But they actually seemed pretty rational with their response.
They shouldn't get their way but I can't even imagine. I can't imagine or say what I would do if my daughter were to lose her life to a hazing incident but I am fairly certain it wouldn't be pretty.

I don't know if you are a parent or ever want to be but imagine how bat**** crazy you would be at your child's loss.Seriously? The name is obviously a take on "Dazed and Confused" and has nothing to do with hazing. Those people are batsh*t crazy.
