Constitution sets the requirements to qualify as a Presidential candidate. This is just a publicity stunt.States have the right to certify their candidates. We know you hate the constitution but states rights.

I never claimed otherwise. That does not give them the authority to violate peoples privacy. Tax returns contain confidential information. The states each run their elections.
He has the law on his side. If him not volunteering them to the public bothers you than dont vote for him. Thats your prerogativeWhy won't your cult leader release his?
If he has nothing to hide, then he should have no problem...right?

It really is just that because even if it was legal which it is not. It would not mstter if Trump was on the ballot or not becsuse njs electorial votes are going for the blue no matter what. The publicity stunt would galvanize the right and moderates.Constitution sets the requirements to qualify as a Presidential candidate. This is just a publicity stunt.
I see your answer is continued deflections, lol.You are so willing to let your cult leader hide things from you, aren't you?

You know i been playing alomg with you and answering ypur wiestions as best i can. You however have not showed me the same respect. Ive asked you a straight forward question. Not deflections, just reality.
Why are you afraid for trump to show his taxes?
Why do you blindly accept that he won't?
Your feckless inability to answer speaks volumes, no wonder you are running away.

If you think NJ has the legal authority to compell someone to make their tax information public than why not just release the info themselves?
While your at it explain to me why they are not demanding to see medical records so they know the candidate is healthy enough and school transcripts to make sure he has the propper education.
When you make an earnest attempt to explain on what foundation you think the state has to invade someones privacy then we can continue a back and forth conversation. Short of that this conversation is over.

The exception makes for bad law. Thus far we have had only one candidate in forever that successfully won the Presidency without releasing taxes. It does not justify taking this decision away from voters and handing it over to the legislative branch. Can't wait on people to do the right thing, though. That's why new laws have to be passed - because there's always somebody who does something that forces the lawmakers to implement new rules.
States right dont supercede citizens rights

The New Jersey Senate. Big whoop. Mobsters and Democrats. Oops I'm being redundant.
Ummmmm, I think he claims he is being audited. Though the IRS claims that does not stop him from releasing them. He is undoubtedly hiding plenty....otherwise he would claim them to be "the most fantastic tax returns, the best the world has ever seen"
yes Trump will be a presidentital candidate in Jersey in 2020. Good golly these people need help.
States have the right to certify their candidates. We know you hate the constitution but states rights.
Wait I thought Republicans were FOR states rights...
I'm pretty sure there is nothing in the Constitution that says they can't make their own rules for how to get on the ballot.
Please show where states don't have the right to set the rules for being on the ballot in their state. Seems Trix really are for kids :lamo
Up to the State how they conduct the Presidetial election, innit? That's all wrapped up with the Electoral College thing- in the US the people elect the Congress and the States elect the President. That's what I'm told- did you hear different?
Up to each State how they poll their people and assign their College votes. The Constitution stops there.
