Cutting funds to underperforming districts is not likely to improve those districts putting the kids education at risk for political points instead of doing real work at making those districts improve

How has throwing money at a problem without demanding systemic changes worked out?

Out of all the programs...I don't think the education budget is the one I would have gone after...not without giving the town sufficient time to plan. He is slashing the education budgets after giving government workers a higher median average pay they the rest of Connecticut. Just doesn't make sense.
