If he was dead he was dead

Under his theory, everyone who has a heart attack and survived is a dead person - so then could cash their life insurance.

He has no case unless testing showed zero brain activity. He never "died." A heart attack isn't death, it's a heart attack.

I say let him out of jail as long as they bury or cremate the deceased body properly .

Last I checked dead was a rather permanent condition. Have things changed?

About 1980 years ago.

Death is not permanent. Your heart stops beating and brain activity stops you are generally dead. But if just recently dead they can be brought back to life.

There might be serious issues from it like brain damage etc but it can be done.

Most successfully on people who drowned in very cold water
