I could not find this story in any major newspaper or news source. Then again, I think it makes sense for them to not run this story because it is simply wtf territory

Luckily this story found its way to a more believable news source

An apparent competition over who can threaten to call the police on people of color for no good reason is really ramping up.

In a video posted to Instagram on Saturday, a white woman in San Francisco was captured apparently calling the police on a nonwhite girl who’s 8 years old. The child’s supposed crime? Selling water “illegally.”

Seriously though, isn’t calling the police just because a eight year old girl is selling bottled water without a permit a bit overboard?

Given how long conservatives have been on this bandwagon (mostly regarding lemonade stands), it's interesting to see your reaction.

I guess that's how we get the Left on board with trying to reduce governmental overreach. Show them that not only whites have to deal with these idiot laws.

This is why we cannot have nice things.

I dont know if this stuff is actually increasing BUT it seems like it. 2 similar issues happened just recently in the local softball communities. a woman complained that her house is private property and that nobody selling stuff is supposed to come to her door. Thats all fine, the concern was though she already bought stuff earlier that day before from "different girls". The girls hadn't realized a couple of thier houses overlapped. strangely the first girls didnt get yelled at or a speech or told to stay right here im going to call the number on your flyer and if you come back im calling the police. . . very odd (12U girls)

the other instance was similar to the story in the OP. we also sell in a park, on day 3 a woman complained even though she made a purchase earlier in the week from our refreshment booth. She too was was whining about a permit . . . didnt care about the permit on the other day when she bought stuff though...

now i have no idea what thier actual problem was but people do speculate and it seems like to big a coincidence to be anything else.

anyway, assholes exist unfortunately, our job is to point them out and not accept it.

Those are all late May. It looks like CNN doesn't have the kid selling water story yet.

Ummmm...cough cough

Plenty of white lemonade kids are victims of grumpy & snitchy people also.

If you had one iota of honesty you would acknowledge this.

Do you ever just have a stick so far up your ass that you call the police on an 8 year old selling "illegal" water.

The cops aren't called because they're white. If one had an iota of honesty, one would acknowledge that.

Did you read your stories? These were about the same incident:

"I'm Spanish," Albert said. "My boyfriend is black. It's nothing racist about it." Albert said people used the house to do drugs before the city finally boarded it up. She didn't want the boards removed, she said.

Hey, ya'll, is this the part where we are supposed to start insisting that he's an anarchist, and should move to Somalia if he doesn't like government?

The story has been the #1 news story on Google news for the past 24 hours, putting it at the very top of the Google news feed. Trust me, the media will never refrain from showcasing 1 solitary crazy white person, and using that 1 white person as proof of some diabolical conspiracy to oppress POCs.

What a busybody, spiteful ignorant person. She really has nothing better to do with her time? Yes, I think it's overboard, petty and just ridiculous.

You are so full of it some times.

A Crank Called Police To Shutter Kids' Lemonade Stand, And It Worked

Would you like to see a couple dozen others.....or do you get my drift?

So nothing about the cops being called because they were white. As expected.

You want us to believe that cops are never called because someone is black. It's only because people are cranky. Racism doesn't really exist, right?

No , it is you who turns every single issue into a race crusade.

So it's never actually racism, just black people faking. Got it.

And let me know when you find someone arrested or the cops called for being white.

This incident wasn't about race as is being insinuated, it was about "noise".

I wouldn't say never, but many of the claims are over exaggerated. I have a coworker that told me someone that pulled out in front of him on his way to work was racist and that it wouldn't have happened if he were white. I started laughing hysterically because I thought he was kidding, he was actually being serious. There are people that are so sensitive to the issue of racism that they see it when it isn't there, honestly though it is really hard to blame them for it given America's history.

People who are over-sensitive have a reason and stuff like micro aggression exists. Even a hysterically over-sensitive person is probably correct most of the time, so much of our social programming is internalized dogma.

People who are under-sensitive are just ignorant. Why be that way? Systemic racism exists. Against minorities, not against white people. Society is not perfect. And Santa doesn't fly or give presents; he doesn't even exist. I'll give everyone shocked by those revelations a moment to recover from utopia lost.

You mean water from Mexico?
