So this just happened....
I'm sitting at my desk and get a notification tone but it's different than other notifications I get. When I looked the only thing I could see is that my Weather Channel app seemed to be the source of the notification. When I clicked on the app there was a headline that said "Particularly Dangerous Situation: What we know>". Naturally, wanting to be apprised of whatever weather catastrophe was coming my way on a rather pleasant, sunny afternoon, I selected the notification and, after a nice 15 second ad, was apprised that there was a storm on the east coast.
Maybe it's just me but isn't playing an ad before a "Potentially Dangerous Situation" notification a little weird?
