The Pentagon Isn't Taking UFO's Seriously Enough

Remember I’m the 70s and 80s, when UFOs were super common and you heard reports of sightings all the time?

Odd that those suddenly
Disappeared when everyone started carrying digital cameras and smartphones around with them, huh?

It's funny that a post that is factually incorrect gets liked.

I would suggest it is your lack of interest that leads to your false conclusions.

possibly, but who knows? let's say that they are unidentified flying objects. that doesn't mean that they are extraterrestrial by default.

if so, i'd like to see the physics of how that works. it would help if the person showing me was good at explaining physics to novices, as well, as this is not my area of scientific expertise.

Neither I nor the author of the OP article would claim the objects "are extraterrestrial by default." You brought that to the party yourself.

The point of the comment about going fast was not that a solution exists now, but that one will be found.

For those who haven't seen the video.

Please note the pilot says there was a fleet of them.

well, this story didn't make its way around the internet because flying saucer buffs think that the objects in that video are terrestrial in origin.

The answer is because space aliens haven't been here. If the earth has ever been visited by extraterrestrial life, it came in on a meteor, not on some disco lighted flying saucer with a skinny grey guy behind the wheel.

Or, it could be the sr-72. IF it was a flying vehicle that was OWNED by the pentagon, they wouldn't be needing to investigate it, now would they?

interesting. i had to look that up. i'll bet that it's a lot more difficult these days to keep next gen aircraft secret.

That was was known to have been in development for years. I would not be surprised if it is up and fully operational.. and that the next generation is being designed now.

There have been rumors about it since 2007.. and it is supposed to be looking at flying at the speeds of 4000 MPH. That's almost twice the speed of the sr-71.

I am sure if there were any sightings of it, they would officially call it a 'UFO'.

Plans within plans.

Statistician and PhD candidate Sam Monfort compiled all of the data from the National UFO Reporting Centre and found that more people than ever have spotted UFO's in the recent years.

The number, which has been rising since the 1980's, hit an all-time high in 2010 with about 45,000 yearly sightings.

Sightings between 1990 and 2000 rose dramatically by nearly 30 thousand yearly sightings.

LOL. Reports spike when...people got access to a wingnut internet site.

What a coincidence!

Man. I bet you own a timeshare or two and have a medicine cabinet full of homeopathic cancer cures, as you eat probiotics to battle your ‘gluten allergy’.

No.
Reports have been on the climb since the 70's refuting your earlier claim.
But way not to acknowledge you were wrong. Typical behavior.

No. Your mistakes are your own, not mine.
Now, do you actually want to discuss the topic or continue deflecting from being wrong by engaging in the fallacious argumentative strategy of Ad hominems?

Your position is so mind numbing my stupid it’s not worth my time to try to explain things to you..it’s clearly futile.

Your position was wrong as all can see. Deflecting doesn't change that.

That claim is entirely the product of your own personal prejudice.

Your unthinking denial only confirms my point.

Jack, one of these days, I hope that you figure out that debate involves more than typing a one liner and declaring it to be correct. Either way, this isn't that day. Have a good one.

There's nothing to debate because reason is unavailing against unthinking prejudice.
