Real life Tarzan-esque 8 year old girl found

This is an amazing story.
What an unbelievable perspective on life she will have, though she is too young to understand much of it.
I hope she did not suffer any cruelty at the hands of her adopted family. I also believe she will go through many years of psychoanalysis and other adaptation counseling including specialized education. I'm afraid her life for the near future will be a constant struggle of attempting to "catch up".
There is one thing I find interesting though, but I'll stop short of calling it a positive - particularly in light of the damage and struggles occurred and to be for her: Just imagine the unique opportunity to have fully experienced the social order of another species! I'm a dog lover, and marvel at their social order. I got hooked as a kid while reading Jack London's Call of the Wild.
She has a unique understanding and perspective of a non-human life form, and also can offer us some unique understanding when she becomes able to communicate linguistically. At only eight years of age, her memories will likely be hazy and lacking perspective. But she will still have memories none of us have. And she will someday be able to communicate them to us.

Turns out that just about nothing that the journalists claimed is true...no monkeys, she was fully clothed, she is mentally ill, had not been where she was found long.
