Woman found mostly naked in California claims to be mermaid

I never got the attraction to mermaids.

First they can't live on land so you gotta do it in the water. And unless you're a minute man you're gonna drown before you're done.

Second, as far as I can tell she ain't go no naughty bits. Granted she probably has other assets that could be fun to explore but then you get back to the drowning thing which kinda takes the fun out it.

In myths the mermaid can breath into humans mouths or magically make them able to breath underwater by holding their hand.

She must've made a deal with Ursula.

The weirdest thing about the Little Mermaid is that Ursula switched Ariel from external to internal fertilisation. In addition to legs, Ariel also got a womb, and ovaries etc.

WAVY News is a real TV station in Norfolk, Virginia. WAVY being a pun that they are on the coast (waves) and they are surrounded by the largest US NAVY grouping of facilities on the east coast (navy).

Anyway, she looks like acute mermaid?

Not if you saw the pic.

Just ask her how many thingamabobs she has to verify her legitimacy.

Anyway, Mermaids don't have webbing. She's probably just a wereturtle.

Somewhere there's a crab and a handsome prince standing by ready for their scene.

My mom has webbed feet and it's still weird to look at.

It's probably more common than most realize (although still rare). I was vaguely acquainted with a woman who had webbed fingers, many long years ago. It was bizarre, but not in an "ewww" way; I was kind of fascinated, lol.

It is kind of fascinating. My mom is kind of self conscience about it but she does have a sense of humor about it too.

I prefer webbed-toes. I haz them.

Webbed toes is the common name for syndactyly affecting the feet. It is characterised by the fusion of two or more digits of the feet. This is normal in many birds, such as ducks; amphibians, such as frogs; and mammals, such as kangaroos. In humans it is considered unusual, occurring in approximately one in 2,000 to 2,500 live births.

Webbed feed in humans is unusual, but not unheard of.

Thats it....she's really a duck.
