Marry a Dead Person

...no?
 
My first wife was kinda dead in some respects.
 
Being that I'm married to the only person I would ever want to be married to, no. However, If I wasn't already married... nope, still no.

It has happened twice(sorta) in the US. One was a woman who wanted a wedding instead of a funeral, so her family held a wedding themed funeral. No groom tho. The second case was a guy who died right before his wedding. The judge ordered the marriage forms signed.
