For billionaire Bill Gates, the scariest recurring nightmare is a global pandemic, triggered by a bio-terror attack, that kills 33 million people in 200 days, and he’s trying to reach out to new National Security Adviser John Bolton about a vaccination plan he believe can prevent it or mitigate its catastrophic effects.

Bill Gates’ apocalyptic 30-million death toll nightmare

Bill Gates has more balls than a

I think Gates does not object to killing so long as he is not the one getting killed. Proof:

Software billionaire Bill Gates, who previously has advocated the reduction of the human population through the use of vaccines, and his wife Melinda marked the 100th year since the First International Eugenics Congress in London with a “family planning” summit with abortionists and the United Nations.

The July 11 event, co-hosted by the United Kingdom Department for International Development, included organizations such as Planned Parenthood, Marie Stopes International and the U.N. Populations Fund, as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

To Polar Bum: The only conspiracy I see is the one Bill Gates is engineering.

Hehe...ya, man, that's kinda the point... ;) CT sub forum would have been better for this.

Chances are, though, unless Gates has diabetes, or a heroin habit, chances are you don't have to worry much about him being around needles, so at least there's that. :)

Someone is very adept with the “whistles and bells” here in a short time........

World Nut Daily is garbage for anyone, but particularly dangerous reading for psychotics.

CT sub forum would have been better for this.

To OlNate: I am not so sure. Conspiracy forums always troubled me.

It took a few years for this guy to realize how dangerous uncontrolled speech is before he came up with this:

Just prior to his appointment as President Obama’s so-called regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein wrote a lengthy academic paper suggesting the government should “infiltrate” social network websites, chat rooms and message boards. Such “cognitive infiltration,” Sunstein argued, should be used to enforce a U.S. government ban on “conspiracy theorizing.”

Obama czar proposed government ‘infiltrate’ social network sites

Message board Lefties jumped on Sunstein’s conspiracy theorizing crapola like horse flies jump on horse manure.

In plain English everything posted by conservatives on any topic can be called a conspiracy theory.

Parenthetically, Socialists/Communists could not force everyone except school children to listen; so they tried to shut up everybody. In addition to labeling everything a conspiracy theory by trivializing every conservative position, Di Fi came up with this one:

Feinstein: You’re Not a Real Journalist Unless You Draw a Salary
Kurt Nimmo
August 9, 2013

Feinstein: You're Not a Real Journalist Unless You Draw a Salary » Alex Jones' Infowars: There's a war on for your mind!

Democrats never got the memo. Freedom of speech does not demand professional qualifications.

Finally, aside from the political leaning of a moderator it only takes one Socialist/Communist poster on every political message board to have conservative messages moved to a conspiracy form. Every political board has a conspiracy forum, while not one board has a United Nations forum.

Someone is very adept with the “whistles and bells” here in a short time........

To Rexedgar: It seems I cannot win. If I simply post an opinion or an interpretation Libs scream for proof.

Nah, just the bat**** crazy stuff. Don't worry, the left has it too. ;)

To OlNate: The problem is that the Left has been saying the same crap for decades while nobody on message boards puts their political views in a conspiracy forum which is where they belong.

Incidentally, I never once complained to a moderator about anything a Lefty says. I prefer hanging them by their tongues.

Hmm.. So, you don't like lefties, huh? Oh well, get in line. Cause we can never have enough division, right?

Fringe lunacy is thing, always has been. But despite the fact that the Internet has clearly given a much louder voice to the fringes, be they left or right, most folks, whether they subscribe to conservative or liberal ideologies, are a lot less far apart than the fringes, the media, and indeed politicians in general would have you believe. Hopefully that doesn't get lost in all this crazy...as the current division is a better means to control the general population in a democracy than any previously thought up.

To OlNate: I like democracy even less. There is some hope for a Lefty. There is no hope for democracy.

Ultimately, regardless of how democracy starts out it ends in tyrannical government. To be precise, democracy is always going towards something worse; never towards liberty.

Ok, Flanders...what is your proposed solution, in a nutshell?

Do me a favor, just type, without crazy colors or fonts or headings or links, or whatever, I'm chatting in bits and bites as I work, I don't have a ton of time to decipher your style, but I'm curious to hear what you think would be better than democracy. Keep it simple and let me know what you'd rather see. I'll let you know if I'm curious about more detail into anything I see.

Ok, Flanders...what is your proposed solution, in a nutshell?

To OlNate: I do not do nutshells on demand!

Repeal the XVI and XVII Amendments.

Pass H.R. 193:

NOTE: Passing H.R. 193 automatically stops the U.N. from dictating our immigration policies.

Stop funding coerced charity.

Those few should be enough to keep you busy.

Do me a favor, just type, without crazy colors or fonts or headings or links,

To OlNate: No can do. I have been using that format for a decade.

I'm curious to hear what you think would be better than democracy.

To OlNate:
The Republic the Founding Fathers designed.

Here are a few quotations about democracy:

I do not say that democracy has been more pernicious on the whole, and in the long run, than monarchy or aristocracy. Democracy has never been and never can be so durable as aristocracy or monarchy; but while it lasts, it is more bloody than either.” Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide. It is in vain to say that democracy is less vain, less proud, less selfish, less ambitious, or less avaricious than aristocracy or monarchy. It is not true, in fact, and nowhere appears in history. Those passions are the same in all men, under all forms of simple government, and when unchecked, produce the same effects of fraud, violence, and cruelty.” John Adams

Democracy will soon degenerate into an anarchy, such an anarchy that every man will do what is right in his own eyes and no man's life or property or reputation or liberty will be secure, and every one of these will soon mould itself into a system of subordination of all the moral virtues and intellectual abilities, all the powers of wealth, beauty, wit and science, to the wanton pleasures, the capricious will, and the execrable cruelty of one or a very few. John Adams, An Essay on Man's Lust for Power, August 29, 1763

Dr. James McHenry “Well, Doctor, what have we got—a Republic or a Monarchy?”

Benjamin Franklin “A Republic, if you can keep it.”

The experience of all former ages had shown that of all human governments, democracy was the most unstable, fluctuating and short-lived. John Quincy Adams

We are a Republican Government, Real liberty is never found in despotism or in the extremes of democracy...it has been observed that a pure democracy if it were practicable would be the most perfect government. Experience has proved that no position is more false than this. The ancient democracies in which the people themselves deliberated never possessed one good feature of government. Their very character was tyranny; their figure deformity. Alexander Hamilton

Democracy, then, in the centralizing, pattern-making, absolutist shape which we have given to it is, it is clear, the time of tyranny's incubation. Bertrand de Jouvenel

The more I see of democracy the more I dislike it. It just brings everything down to the mere vulgar level of wages and prices, electric light and water closets, and nothing else. David Herbert Lawrence

Democracy is supposed to give you the feeling of choice, like Painkiller X and Painkiller Y. But they're both just aspirin. Gore Vidal

Apparently, a democracy is a place where numerous elections are held at great cost without issues and with interchangeable candidates. Gore Vidal

Advertising is the very essence of democracy. Anton Chekhov

As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron. H.L. Mencken

Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance. H. L. Mencken

Democracy is the art and science of running the circus from the monkey cage. H. L. Mencken

Democracy is only a dream: it should be put in the same category as Arcadia, Santa Claus, and Heaven. H. L. Mencken

An ideal form of government is democracy tempered with assassination. Voltaire

Dictatorship naturally arises out of democracy, and the most aggravated form of tyranny and slavery out of the most extreme liberty. Plato

Democracy passes into despotism. Plato

The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter. Winston Churchill

Democracy is when the indigent, and not the men of property, are the rulers. Aristotle

Democracy arose from men's thinking that if they are equal in any respect, they are equal absolutely. Aristotle

The Republic the Founding Fathers designed.

There...that's a bit easier to read and understand.

I think, ultimately, that's what you have, so good news there. If you had a true democracy, HRC would be president right now... ;)

After I strip out all the other stuff, I can't really argue with you...you like a republic better than a democracy. Ok. I got no problems with that, we all like what we like, and I happen to think there is merit in a republic.

So, what does the Left have to do with any of this again?

If you had a true democracy, HRC would be president right now... ;)

To OlNate:
Take illegal votes out of Hillary Clinton’s totals and she lost the popular vote as well as the Electoral College.

The media knows that Democrats cheated in every election since JFK stole it from Richard Nixon in 1960. The only question is “How many mendacious votes are counted in Hillary’s total. My guesstimate is more than the two million she needed to claim a popular vote victory. Two million is not a lot of rigging spread over coastal states. Hell, Los Angeles, California alone is good for a million illegal alien votes.

Clinton got 7,362,490 votes in California. There is no way of identifying her illegal votes in that total. The same is true in every state with a large immigrant population. She failed to steal the election; so she stole the only thing she had going for her comeback: THE POPULAR VOTE. Given time, the truth will emerge.

“We are still collecting data and will be for several months, but our intent is to publish a comprehensive study on the significant impact of illegal voting in all of its many forms and begin a national discussion on how voters, states and the Trump administration can address this growing problem,” she said.

“We put out a statement shortly after the president-elect’s comments came out, and we said that we support the belief that there could, in fact, have been millions of illegally cast votes, and we are doing tremendous amounts of research to try to get to some of those answers.”

Trump may be right about winning popular legal vote

Trump may be right about winning popular legal vote

Incidentally, the oldest Communist chestnut of all. “True Communism was never tried.” The fact is that no matter how many times Socialism/Communism fails they claim true Socialism was not tried. You are implying that true democracy was not tried. That is the eternal excuse for establishing the next totalitarian government.

So, what does the Left have to do with any of this again?

To OlNate: The XVI Amendment. The Democracy Movement. Peace Without Victory followed by Nation Building, and everything else that is moving this country closer to tyranny set in motion by one speech:

Making the World "Safe for Democracy": Woodrow Wilson Asks for War

{snip}

You are implying that true democracy was not tried. That is the eternal excuse for establishing the next totalitarian government.

{snip}

There's a whole lot of "maybe's" in that last post, new friend. I'm no HRC fan, glad I didn't have to vote for her, being Canadian and all, but you'll understand why, in today's climate, I reserve my right to take this all with a fairly large grain of salt, without the allegations being proven. Not that I would be surprised...you guys tolerate a lot of horse**** from your politicians, on both sides. I'm sure a pissed off person on the Left could come up with an equally long list of things they are pissed off about from the GOP.

So...from what I can tell here, from your incredibly annoying to read (it's a style thing, man, and it's not conducive to conversation, I actually find it easier to read when I hit reply and read it in the format free input field) diatribe, you don't agree with Dem policy or politics. That's ok, bud, it's not for everyone, clearly. What I'm still trying to understand here is what you are hoping to accomplish.

Also, I didn't imply anything, nor am I pining for any kind of totalitarian government...lol... In fact, what I said was the concept of a republic has merit. Though I'm sure you'll understand that, being a progressive, I believe we should always strive to refine and perfect what isn't meeting our expectations or goals for something better. But no need to put words in my mouth, you're new here, it's not a good way to start off on the right foot. We're all friends here... ;)

So, ya, given all this...whaddya want? Is this just a "Screw Lefties!" meets "The Truth Is Out There" vent session, or is there something you'd like us to do? What's there to debate, if one doesn't care to debate conspiracy and innuendo and unsupported opinion? Where do we go from here in this thread?

To OlNate: What did you mean by this?

If you had a true democracy, HRC would be president right now... ;)

To OlNate: Two things on a message board:

1. Not explain myself to bumper sticker mentalities or to anybody else.

2. Not engage in Socratic elenchus with clever little inquisitors:

Socratic elenchus (noun)

interrogation: Socratic method, Socratic elenchus

argumentation: dialectic, Socratic elenchus, dialogue, logical disputation

Socratic method (noun)

Employment of Socratic irony in a philosophical discussion resulting either in a mutual confession of ignorance with a promise of further investigation or in the elicitation of a truth assumed to be innate in all rational beings.

Bottom line for your edification. I state my positions clearly. You are free to do the same.

Where do we go from here in this thread?

To OlNate: To the Ignore List.

hehe...well, alright then. But word to the wise, if your opinion is so weak and fragile as not to be even able to stand up to the little bit of friendly scrutiny I've given here, given this is a DEBATE FORUM, you're not going to enjoy yourself very much here, I'm afraid.

Best of luck with it. ;)
