If by 'the swamp' you mean the Pentagon, you're right. Unfortunately, the military chain of command would likely not accommodate managing it all from the field.

By the swamp, I refer to the federal government in its entirety, including the Pentagon. It will only get worse. We now have a majority of voters who believe in collectivism instead of individualism. They want more of it not less of it.
