Funny how liberals didn't complain about how much Obama spent on bombs but now you are crying about it.

Yeah that $314 million was sure worth it to kill 36 people.

Did we win the war against ISIS in Afghanistan now? With that price tag we should have, but didn't. It amazes me how Trump and his supporters tell folks we have to make cuts, can't afford government workers, but then have no problem wasting $314 million dollars on killing 36 people. Now THAT is waste and abuse.

Ever watch any documentaries of the Vietnam war? Of some of the land battles of WWII in the Island Hopping campaign against Japan?

Trying to fight in caves is a very dangerous and the cost of lives would be high. Whomever is going in has no idea what is where nor any idea as to what hiding places and booby traps are contained within. Extremely dangerous. Yeah it's maybe only 36 ISIS people, but in those caves those 36 ISIS has the homefield advantage and could really wreak havoc on whomever is sent in.

I don't see it as $314 mil for 36 ISIS butt holes, but $314 Million to keep our troops alive, kill the ISIS smegheads, and the denial of any equipment that they were using.

LOL

$16 million for a MOAB. $314 million to develop the whole system.

But not to worry, given the signal just sent, the Trump Administration has shown a willingness to apply principles of economies of scale to the system.

Exaggerating the cost of this bomb by almost twenty times is just the kind of thing I've come to expect here.

I think the money for the bomb was paid before Trump took office.

Paid with borrowed money, but paid.

And if the number was a lower cost, is that better?

One MOAB costs about $170,000, an Air Force representative said Friday.

The Air Force has not confirmed the development costs associated with the larger weapons system.

That means the claim that the bomb used cost $314 million exaggerated its cost by more than one thousand times. In the effort to deride the United States, apparently no amount of distorting the facts is too much.

It was not about the number of ISIS thugs killed. It was about the message it sent to other ISIS thugs and that insane fat boy in North Korea.

It's interesting, more than the topics that the press covers, what implications are included in the coverage.

With Trump, Jared Kushner or SteveBannon or Kelly Conway are all presented as the thinking and planning guides to the bumbling, unthinking Trump.

Which of Obama's advisors was presented in this same way?

So to achieve the same effect how many soldiers should we have sacrificed instead?
