russia is the victim of an administration (obama) that wanted a war with them. putin saved the people of crimea in my opinion, from a neo naze regime. majority of crimea are either russian or russian speakin people. they voted to leave ukraine and obama threw a fit. the russian military is mighty and powerful just like the us. with our new alliance the world could see great protection. russia never planned to attack the us militarily and now we can assure them of our friendship.

questions:

do we allow russia to dock there navy ships at our ports
do we hold joint military drills on us soil with our russian counter parts
if russia gets in a war do we fight along side our new brother n sisters

together we can make the world a better place by sharin our military powers

You must be exhausted after coming up with this nonsense.

When the old USSR had clear ambitions to spread communism around the world, they were a threat.
Modern Russia may not have pure motives, but do not look like they are trying to spread a flawed political ideology everywhere.
I suspect there could be considerable common ground that could be found in good relations with Russia.

We can play nice, and that could be beneficial to both countries.
I am not sure the US should actually trust Russia, but that may not be a requirement,
as long as we understand the limitations of the relationship.

havin russia stationed in the us would be extra protection against terrorists. not to mention the russian military loves to level terrorists with big bombs. we r 2 politically correct to do that

I don't know if they want our friendship and they definitely haven't received it. I think they do want better relations and there are powers at work in out government doing everything they can to ensure that doesn't happen. Look at what's happening with Trump.

See, I don't think we should allow Russian military anywhere near the US, while their tactics work for them.
by our rules they may be considered unlawful. We can be friends (trusted or otherwise) without hosting military personnel.

I for one welcome our Russian occupiers.

"Zdrastvoitje, Vladimir Vladimirovich."

who could conquer the us if we banded togather with russia? we would be the kinds of the world in a sense. not a literal sense. but it would be tough to defeat us

I welcome many Russians and even welcomed 2 of them into my family. I don't think Russian occupation of the US is good policy though.

y do u not like us trainin with them?

Training would be one thing, but I think Vlad would see the US as junior partners. Which would be the opposite of "making America great."

You have missed something. They are trying to spread a flawed ideology and corresponding world system and Putin is quite successful at it. This is a catastrophe of much worse kind than the Cold War attempt, as it has a higher probability of global destruction.

putin wants peace. he couldnt achieve it when obama hussien kept tryin to destroy him with sanctions and hate speech. the militaries must be unilateral

Putin is many things but 'honourable' certainly isn't one of them ! He is ex KGB after all

hes a brilliant man with the respect of the world. we can learn a lot from his graciousness n loyalty

Oh, my goodness! You shouldn't believe everything RT tells you. They lie.

Yes. Honorable is not a term that comes readily to mind, when the subject turns to Putin.

Putin and Co. are irredentist and revanchist. So are the CCP Dictators in Beijing. USA are neither, never have been, never will be. Incompatible. In fact, opposites.

Putin is helping fund the right wing (fascist) political parties and leaders of several EU countries and he is doing everything he can to try to undermine Nato. Sounds much too much like Trump to me on both counts (though Trump is not funding 'em...at least as far as we know to date).

The Right Sector has always been in la-la land and this is simply another part of their neverending adventure.
