Tell you how what was done last time? What did the RNC and the DNC do to manipulate the votes in the NH primary in 2016? I'd like to see evidence of it while you're telling me how it happened, too.

You can contact whomever you please. In the end, the natiomal organization calls the shots for national elections. I don't think, nor did I say I thought, that the national organization controls every aspect of local or state elections. We're talking about national candidate nominations, and as has already been seen, the national party dictates rules in an ongoing effort. You can dispute that until the cows come home, call whoever you like, but it's already in evidence.
