    So guys & gals, feel free to flip off a cop but only if you have a lot of money to pay the lawyers you will need in your subsequent lawsuits to get your ticket (or arrest) taken care of.

    Great...but what about the other fingers? And the thumbs...do they count as "fingers" or..? Do they have rights?
