He's a republican prosecutor, right? What makes him a clown?
He sucks. seriously. He's a RINO. he's not real smart. When he ran for AG, I gave a thousand bucks to the Democratic Party Incumbent Richard Cordray. RC was editor in chief of the U of Chicago Law review. DeWhine went to Ohio Northern which is pretty much where you end up if you get turned down by the law schools at

Sadly DeWhine won because it was the Obama mid term and the GOP kicked butt in Ohio.
The guy is a two faced Douche bag. When he was running for Senate, I was at a businessman's club with my father and some heavy GOP hitters. DeWhine came up to glad hand everyone. I told him I was an NRA member and I was concerned about the Clinton gun ban that had just been passed. DeWhine sounded like Wayne LaPierre. (this was opening day in Cincinnati btw) after the game, my father and I were walking past Fountain Square (the center of the city) and there was DeWhine. So I went up to him (I had a ball cap on and some sun glasses-so I doubt he remembered me from 5 hours before) and told him I was a federal prosecutor and I was worried about gun crime and he started sounding like Sarah Brady. And my dad-who was a GOP heavy hitter said to me as we walked off-something about he could trust that SOB as far as he could throw him
a republican who is not an ammosexual?
President Trump has done that same type of two-faced **** as a matter of routine.

Personal experience with a candidate, whether good or bad, sure does trump public persona, doesn't it? When Trump brought Flynn on I was telling people it was going to be nothing but trouble. I was speaking from personal experience because I worked for the bastard.
Granted, people can't just make judgements based on some stranger's anecdotal experience, but for those who have first hand experience with a particular sleazy public figure, it sure is grating to see them on tv fooling people who don't know better because they lack that first-hand knowledge.
Every time you see that guy on TV, TD, you are going to remember him lying to your face.
yep, he's a two faced weasel. I never voted for Howard Metzenbaum (DeWhine Beat Metzenblum's son in law-Joel Zybleberg who used the name Joel Hyatt when he ran for office) but I remember telling Metzenbaum I was a second amendment activist and he said-well I understand if you don't vote for me. I respected that. I really did.
Hyatt - a pioneer of law firm advertising.
yeah, and he chose Hyatt because of the hotel chain. WTF ever happened to Hyatt legal services? they seemed to disappear. I never had any dealings with that firm-they weren't exactly catering to people filing federal law suits or being prosecuted by the DOJ

Have you considered running?
Or perhaps you have someone else you could push to run?
John Husted has announced as well. Kasich is term limited
Can I then assume you will be supporting Jon Husted?
This isn't a discussion about Trump. it has nothing to do with Trump. and if DeWhine was running against Hillary, that might be relevant. its not

not to derail the thread, even though someone will likely accuse me of trolling, or baiting; why is gun crime an issue for you? Just curious .......
I just explained how it relates to President Trump. Your accusation is that a flip-flopper is a RINO but you're neglecting to address whether that criticism is limited by your personal vendetta or not, which serves as its own sort of answer.
gun rights is an issue for me since I have been a competitive shooter for getting close to 50 years now. Gun crime was not that big an issue to me as gun rights but I wanted to see if DeWhine was a two faced weasel
so, do you see the gun rights issue being impacted by gun crime issues? Is that why you stated previously a concern about gun crime?
