Not quite. There is no true way to anticipate these random occurrences by hate groups like BLM. Which police department and where have they done a good job so far? Or are all police chiefs and departments morons in your mind?

Given history since Baltimore, is is expected that there will be riots after shootings.

The cops can either lay back and let them riot, or be prepared and shut them down right away.

Clark let them continue.

We don't have a civilized society anymore. We have become a nation of warring tribes fighting over drug turf. Then there is the election... Criminal vs clown, criminal leading in the polls. Don't come to me crying when it all goes south.

There was no having to go over the mayor's head. Milwaukee County, and the City of Milwaukee are two different corporations. The sheriff of the county does not answer to the mayor.
 
I have to make a weekly jaunt down to Milwaukee for work. I really don't want to this week.
