Turkey shoots down two Syrian government fighter jets over Idlib

the first thing he said was we were stealing the oil, he said that after he was questioned

You'd better listen to your own video again. Trump said nothing about "stealing the oil".

sigh...

Never mind. You won't give up your lie.

You are dismissed. (see my sig)

Dude, the reporter was embarrassed and had to say

"Well were not taking the oil, were just protecting the facilities"

Like what the **** is "protecting the facilites"

From who exactly, ISIS is dead and it is rightfully Syria's oil so why defend THEIR Oil when you arent even allies with them and tweet that there bad

Yeah but Turkey is terrible, they have gotten every single break from their beginning, they still deny the Armenian Genocide

Yeah, I get that. I'm responding to a post that made a point of Greece. What you point-out is, to me, more relative to Turkey killing Kurds today. In WWI their "Young Turks" govt (hence the term "young Turks") practiced democide and killed every Armenian and Greek in Turkey and wherever they found them. Quite a few Christians, too. Ironically, the Young Turks tried to convince Kurds to join them in killing Christians during WW1.

Erdogan said that Turkey has no problems in Syria with Russia and Iran.
What is it? Such a betrayal of ukrainian brothers, who believed you, and in their dreams turkish army has already defeated russian army 10 times???!

 uninteresting and/or nonsensical post

LOL, very true, Greece has stopped these migrants and tensions are rising

Turkey says its military has shot down another Syrian plane in Syria. In the framework of operation "Spring shield".
And we thought that this happened as part of an illegal turkish aggression on foreign territory. But if it was a "Spring shield", then of course, this completely changes the case.

Trump didn't invite them. He wisely left that mess to Syria, Russia and anyone else who wants to deal with it.

“Trump didn't invite them.”

Oh yes he did. The following two paragraphs are excerpted from the link given further below:

“Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation into Northern Syria,’” the White House said in a statement. “The United States Armed Forces will not support or be involved in the operation, and United States forces, having defeated the ISIS territorial ‘Caliphate,’ will no longer be in the immediate area.”

“President Donald Trump, who apparently made the decision after a phone call with Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Sunday.”

Trump-Syria policy: the decision and confusing aftermath, explained - Vox

Definition of invitation:

NOUN

1. a written or verbal request inviting someone to go somewhere or to do something.

• the action of inviting someone to go somewhere or to do something.

a situation or action that tempts someone to do something or makes a particular outcome likely.

Evidence of fact. Donald Trump invited Erdogan into Syria, period.

Nonsense.

Trump dealt with ISIS and said he was moving out...and you think this was an "invitation" to Turkey to move in, even though Trump told Turkey that he doesn't support that action nor will be involved?

Dude...you got some twisted logic going on there.

In October 2019, Trump gave Edogan the green light to invade Rojava (the Kurd homeland bordering Turkey in northern Syria).

To facilitate this Turk invasion, Trump ordered the US military blocking force at Manbij (in place since December 2019) to withdraw to Iraq.

During the first week, Turkish allied Islamist militia (Erdogan's Einsatzgruppen) murdered ~500 Kurds.

Trump didn't give Turkey "the green light".

Turkey said they were going to move tens of thousands of their forces into that area. Trump wisely moved our 50 or so forces out because they would never have been able to block Turkey.

btw, those 50 or so forces wouldn't have been able to save those 500 Kurds. That's why the Kurds made a deal with Assad and Russia. Seems Assad and Putin didn't live up to their end of that deal.

You believe Erdogan would be so stupid as to attack a US blocking force? He didn't attack it for 11 months (December 2018 - October 2019).

Erdogan only began moving into Syria after a Trump/Erdogan phone call where Trump told Erdogan he could begin "Operation Euphrates Shield". Under this plan the Turkish military would forcibly clear an area in northern Syria (Rojava) with a depth of 30 kilometers and a length of 480 kilometers. All Kurds were to be removed from this area. Taking their place would be Syrian refugees currently living in Turkey. This is the very definition of ethnic cleansing. Trumps green-light to Erdogan is why Defense Secretary (Gen.) James Mattis resigned. All of this was facilitated by Donald Trumps appeasement of another dictator friend.

President Endorses Turkish Military Operation in Syria, Shifting U.S. Policy

US to step aside for Turkish assault on Kurds in Syria

The Trump-Blessed War in Northeastern Syria Is Already a Full-Blown Disaster

Republicans unload on Trump for Syria shift when he needs them most

sigh...

Don't listen to the media spin...listen to what Trump says.

From your first link...the one that said "President Endorses Turkish Military Operation in Syria, Shifting U.S. Policy".

Here is what Trump actually said...from the same article.

“Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation into Northern Syria,” the White House said in a statement released just before 11 p.m. in Washington. “The United States Armed Forces will not support or be involved in the operation, and United States forces, having defeated the ISIS territorial ‘Caliphate,’ will no longer be in the immediate area.”

Doesn't sound like Trump "endorsed" the operation to me...regardless the lies from the media.

But hey...you are just repeating yourself and what others have already said.

You are dismissed. (see my sig)
