I'm currently attempting to understand what I will refer to as, "The Palestinian situation." and apart from surfing the Web my primary form of information is from books which I obtain by asking for advice on forums such as this. The forums give me lists which then grows as I study the bibliography from each of the books suggested. My next step is to look at the reviews many of which are obviously affected by the writers political views although there are a few that are totally objective. I'm helped in my search for knowledge by my compulsive second hand book buying and last week while visiting a small second hand book shop along the South Cost of England I came across, "Imperial Israel The History of the Occupation of the West Bank and Gaza" by Michael Palumbo. As soon as I got back to my computer I started to look for reviews of that book and after several hours I have not found One. I know that the book was written close to thirty years ago but that seems strange so I wonder if anyone on the forum may have come across a review.
