After the military defeat of the ISIS, the strategy of the United States and its main allies in the Middle East - Saudi Arabia and Israel - underwent significant changes. Strengthening its footprint in the Middle East, the United States began to actively stimulate the Saudi-Israeli cooperation. There happen to be US approaches to destabilize Middle Eastern states, without the help of jihadists, but with newly tested Hybrid Warfare. Such actions include, in particular, Saad Hariri resignation in Lebanon and escalation of the Yemen conflict.

It is obvious that the US is trying to create in the Middle East a coalition of "vassal" Arab states led by Saudi Arabia, which Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. Coalition, whose aim is Iran isolation.
By American conducting technique, in Saudi society and the governance structure, amazing transformations take place. The Saudi society passes from the traditional and tribal to the modern society. In this modernization, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received public support from US President Donald Trump. The main support groups for Muhammad bin Salman are women and young people, most of all interested in changes in the social and political life of the kingdom. At the same time, a number of events of Mohammed bin Salman is utopian in nature and cannot realized. One of the goals that Muhammad bin Salman poses for himself, is the overcoming of Wahhabism in the country. A great incentive for such actions of the Saudi elite was the ISIS expansion. The terrorist organization, inspired in many ways by the intolerant, extremist ideology developed by Wahhabi Saudi preachers, at some point was a serious threat to the kingdom itself.

As you know, the Saudis can put up with any amount of deprivation and crises in the Islamic world, provided it is not happening to them. In this regard, in Saudi Arabia, there is a gradual secularization and searching for a new ideological doctrine. It will allegedly be the concept of Arab identity (ultranationalism), which built on the US experience of transforming Ukrainian society, in exchange for «religious identity» that had blot on one's escutcheon. However, any reforms inevitably cause contradictions in the society, that’s why they need choose an enemy to consolidate Saudi society. So Iran was chosen for take this role.
The United States denial full stabilization in the Middle East and will excite the situation by its allies and puppets, such as Saudi Arabia and Kurds. The situation deteriorates by the fact that it is important for Washington to maintain a military presence in Syria, while under international law their troops are illegally located there. Therefore, in the near future, we must expected that the destabilization wave will spread from Syria and Iraq to Lebanon and Yemen.
