Iraq stops would-be child bomber for ISIS

(CNN)Dramatic video has emerged of Iraqi police stripping an explosive belt from a child suspected in a suicide bombing attempt for ISIS.

The footage appears to show security personnel restrain a visibly upset boy while they carefully cut the belt from the youth's torso in Kirkuk. Once the belt has been removed, the boy is scooped up and taken away.

Impossible to know, but I wonder if these children have much of a grasp on what it is they are being asked to do, or indeed, if they are remotely consenting. I believe that some of them are harnessed to devices that are detonated remotely, i.e. not by the 'suicide bomber' themselves. Are they willing martyrs or just bomb delivery devices?

I am sure the older ones can figure it out.

Hey, a bunch of swimmers in their 20s and 30s couldn't tell the difference between security guards and police. Don't overestimate cognitive abilities in everyone.

Police and Security guards can be easy to confuse when drunk off ones ass.

Mistaking a bomb vest for a dress vest when stone cold sober is another.
