Didn't want to derail the thread, but hadn't read through to see if it was pointed out to you....the "partisan nonsense" he was speaking of was the OP's reference to the Obama Administrations classification of the Fort Meade shooting as "workplace violence".

Gun Owners can Help Reduce Gun Violence

by CalGun on 12-26-12 at 01:31 PM
The anti gun community seems full of answers to restrict legal and responsible gun owners, and they truly believe that will reduce the violence. I disagree. Restricting legal ownership and responsible people would do very little to stop a mentally disturbed person from killing his parent and taking their guns. I wish the anti gun community would challenge the pro gun community to solve the problem and not mock their pro gun solutions. So how can the pro gun community help?

My Message to the House of Representatives

by CalGun on 11-13-12 at 05:43 PM
Mr. Boehner and Republican Congressmen,

You got just as many people back into the

Reagan championed the trickle down theory of cutting taxes for the rich and their increased spending would result in more for the rest. Obama has vocally championed making the rich pay more. The progressive theory doesn't talk about dollars much but percentages. Afterall even under Reagan the rich paid more.

To me obamanomics is a pop culture style of leadership. What makes you popular with the widest audience wins. One could say that is how a democracy works, but if we are to

This is the best way to sum up how I feel today. I am dismal. Obama's re election really disturbs me. A man who's leadership lead to the largest expansion of food stamps and entitlements in our history was rewarded for failure. I believe in personal responsibility and America doesn't. They believe in getting more from their government then they put in. That is really ugly. Pat Buchanan made a statement a few weeks back about this being the last chance for the Republicans. I agree. The Republicans
