Lot's of people here love to preach at one another,but rarely do you hear what they do for their communities.
Let's change that,shall we?

I donate and volunteer at a program called Cafe reconcile,where at risk teens are taught culinary skills and restaurant management.
I understood early one that just one bad decision or circumstance I could have ended up like those kids.
They learn valuable skills and I get first pick of trained motivated workers.
Win-Win.

So let's hear how you guys give back to your community.because you deserve a little recognition and applause.
