Plot Spoiler- He's a risk to the other inmates, so they're releasing him back onto the streets of New Jersey. Progressive!

The country’s first federal immigration detainee to test positive for the coronavirus was released from the detention center at the Bergen County Jail to join his family Thursday afternoon, an official confirmed.

The 31-year-old Mexican man, whose name was not released, had complained of symptoms Monday before being confirmed positive hours later, said a spokesman for the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office, which manages the jail.

As of Thursday afternoon, the Mexican national was the only detainee to test positive for the coronavirus at the jail, said Sands. Two other detainees had been sent out to get tested Wednesday. One was diagnosed with a stomach virus and the other’s test came back negative, he said.

Immigrant rights groups and public defenders have called for the release of inmates and federal immigration detainees from jails as the coronavirus pandemic continues to worsen.

It's not all black and white, or is it?

I've been saying that liberalism is unsustainable for many years now, and sure enough, it is unsustainable. We have to let illegal alien prisoners go free, because of the death virus from Asia. This is a juicy multiculti problem. Utopia is now!

Okay, I'll bite- what's liberalism got to do with this?

Here is one reason why - Bergen County, New Jersey's (outlined in red) proximity to New York City -

Too close for comfort.

Inmates are being released all over the country. Something about cruel and unusual punishment.

He's not an American. If he was an American, they would have locked him in solitary confinement.

For example, every social program Bernie Sanders ranted all are the social programs Hitler promised Germans. Look it up sometime.

That is not the same as releasing someone with covid-19 to go infect his family and everyone else, is it?

Why the hell then could the lock thousands of Americans on cruise ships and not allow Americans overseas to not return? Because they are Americans. Only Americans now have nor rights in the USA.

It's not liberalism. It is progressivism, which is international corporate fascism.

Today's liberals don't disagree with letting prisoners go free. Janfu and Grand Mal being two examples, but neither is an American.

Americans do have less rights. In Democratic controlled jurisdictions, if you are stopped for going 20 over the speed limit, your license is expired and you don't have insurance, you are going to get 3 tickets, might be arrested, your car likely impounded - and unless you pay a thousand in fines you're going to ultimately be locked up for days. BUT if you are an illegal Latino migrant and say your name is Jose Lopez, even though that isn't your name, they will write you tickets in whatever name you give for any address you give - and let you go on your way. You'll pay nothing and have no risk.

A few years ago I was hit and run by a car that I followed, calling the police. Turned out to be an illegal with no license or insurance. The police wrote 2 tickets in the name the person told them - a common Latino name with no verification - and that was the end of it. Has that been an American, it is likely they would have arrested the person for a hit and run. Why didn't they? "Departmental policy."

I wish someone's lawyer for an American jailed for a class A misdemeanor demanding the client be released and given a free ticket to Mexico and the case dropped - then when denied suing claiming unequal treatment under the law to challenge that non-citizens have greater legal rights than Americans under criminal law practices.

Conservatives have suspected that illegal aliens will become special rights defacto citizens, and it's happened. In California, my home state, illegals get free healthcare, free food, housing assistance, welfare payments, and now they can literally break the law with zero repercussions! That is insane brother. Sure, most illegal aliens live in neighborhoods that you and I couldn't live in, because we would be the object of suspicion in those neighborhoods, as well as crime victims. I can't say this enough; Americans have no idea of what they're doing here, by allowing this to continue to spiral out of control. We are courting chaos and disorder.

We only learn how effective our system is in times of crisis, and we're learning now how bad it is. As Germany gains the upper hand over coronavirus, we're losing hundreds of people a day, many of those being vital doctors and medical personnel. This country is not in a sound state to deal with crises.
