    Do you really think a 12 year old thinks of going into a house as a major crime? 12 year olds don't think in those terms.

    Did you not see where this kid was with a 19 year old that actually did the deed?

    This kid was along for the ride and got charged like the other.

    Oh... I missed that. Thanks... that changes things to a degree. A kid being manipulated is different than a kid acting on his own.
