How do you deal with cackling hens in the office space?

It's a simple yes or no question because I already qualified it after the question.

I believe in women having equal rights with men. Does that make me a feminist? Otherwise, I am not one.​

It's not a yes or no question, but I will clarify it this way: Believing in equal opportunity does not make you a feminist, believing in equal outcome would.
