Protester Outside Mitch McConnell's Home Says 'Stab The Motherf*cker In The Heart'

These are the same people who declare that Trump's tweets are inciting hate. The Left isn't free of their "deplorables" any more than the Right are.

Trump's Mussolini-like rhetoric is inciting hate. Anyone who denies that is either an idiot or a bigot themselves. Both McConnell and Paul are a couple of cowardly and evil weasel apologists for trump's behavior. McConnell, in particular has been bought for over the million paid to him by the NRA which is why he's blocking the bipartisan gun legislation submitted to him by both houses. McConnell has also blocked election regulation that would prevent politicians from using foreign actors from affecting our elections - why? Because trump and McConnell need Russian help to maintain power.

Again, having said that threatening anyone with violence, as trump has several times is not ok. The protestors should do so peacefully outside McConnell's office, not home. We need to be better than trump and his cowardly, bigoted apologists.

I want YOU...

to explain why ANYTHING Mitch McConnell has done to grind the Senate business to a halt benefits anybody. He could allow the bill to the floor for a hearing, and if it's not effective, it dies on the Senate floor.
But he won't even allow anything a hearing, at all.

You and I can agree that gun bans aren't effective but the difference is, I don't defend Mitch McConnell or his brazen attempts to make the country ungovernable.

The less the federal govt does the better. People need to stop turning to DC to fix all their problems and dictating how people thousands of miles away ought to live. Local and state govts can do much more and do it more efficiently in most cases.

Then that needs to be challenged in court.

It will lose, why exactly should the federal govt have jurisdiction over an intrastate private transaction?

Maybe. But are there lefty presidential candidates who are offering to cover the legal fees of their supporters if they commit physical violence on their protestors?

True I just read a story that the NYT's did 2 front pages that were some what favorable to President Trump.
Their readers went ballistic so they made a new front page that was less flattering for the president. Off the nuts scale.

You think that's bad? Here's Nicolle Wallace on MSNBC -

At roughly the 12:30 mark she starts talking Raul Reyes from USA Today. Reyes mentions all kinds of "horrible" things Trump has said, giving no context whatsoever and flat out misrepresenting some of them. Then, at roughly 14:50 she replies to Reyes and says, "You now have a president that is talking about exterminating Latinos".

That's where we are in this mess today. You've got people holding themselves out to be professional journalists claiming that Trump wants to "exterminate" Latinos. I mean, how are you supposed to have a rational discussion if absurd commentary like that is completely accepted, much less even challenged?

"States rights" has traditionally just been code to allow states to violate the basic human rights and civil rights of their citizens.

So I am guessing you would rather go back to rationally discussing Obama's secret Kenyan birth certificate for another six years straight? :lamo

Off the scale sick! My hope is many know what MSNBC does?

what gun legislation would have prevented el paso?

Do you really believe that laws are written with the assumption that they will be 100% effective?

Further do you believe that unless a law can guarantee 100% effectiveness, it shouldn't be written?

Im just asking how a universal background check will prevent mass shooting when most shooters passed one, im asking how banning "assault weapons" will stop gun death when the vast majority are from hand guns

obviously 100% is no attainable but if its clear from the start that the effectiveness is less than 20% shouldn't we be looking for more effective solution that using emotional reactions to pass bills that hurt no one but already law abiding citizens?

I applaud you recognition that gun control violates people rights

It's okay to condemn hate speech that is directed at the right, even at Mitch and the President.

The problem is that when you do, people automatically put you in with the "Trumpsters".

Hate speech should be called out when it is seen, regardless of whom it is directed at.

I have never claimed otherwise in regards to Trump's rhetoric.

One protestor, compared to the stance of mainstream republicans. 10s of thousands of Trump supporters at rallies threatening violence, a republcian president who routinely attacks people and laughs about violence towards people, republican congressman who sit quietly and allow this to happen, while they also stoke the flames of their racist and violent constituency.

And the facts show its not the left that is violent, as right wing extremists and terrorism is on the rise, hate crimes against minorities, particularly Trumps targets, are in the rise, increase incidents of people brazingly saying racist stuff.

Deflect away

That's shear frustration. People know it's all Mitch McConnell that's holding up every bill that comes approved by the House and right now, the gun legislation bills that would help prevent another El Paso. So yes, people are angry, they're directing their anger at Mitch McConnell, and appropriately so because it's him that's the holdup. It's precisely why Mitch McConnell has a A+ rating from the NRA.

Did the right really believe that non-Trumpers can be violent as well? Think again. Violence will create more violence, but there's some very fine people - on both sides.

At least they have a reason, actual stuff McConnell says and does (or in many cases doesn't do, like his job), unlike being so angry at people who want to provide you better healthcare, an infrastructure not crubmling, better access to and more affordable education, equal rights for all, etc. Those monsters! Or worse, hating on anything liberal because of lies

Exactly. The motivations are entirely different. The hatred on the right is solely based on racial animus and their belief that all immigrants are racists and murderers because Trump told them they are. The left is motivated by protecting those who have been made the targets of hatred without any cause. The way I see it is clear. Democrats and Independent thinkers are trying to protect the rights of everyone whether they're immigrants seeking asylum or the DReamers who are contributing a lot to this country in many ways. We're always 'for' a good cause and they're usually against them.

it amazes me conservatives think they are on the good and moral side. They are anything but.

Did not know but McConnell recently broke his shoulder in a fall at home.
So he is home recovering now and the lunatic protesters show up at his
home. Pretty vile stuff here.....

Protester Outside Mitch McConnell's Home Says 'Stab The Motherf*cker In The Heart'

Just days after leftists mocked Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul's injuries sustained from a brutal attack in 2017, progressives have now turned their callousness towards Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. The GOP leader recently suffered a shoulder injury from a nasty fall at his Kentucky home. In one video posted on Facebook, a protester outside McConnell's home where he is trying to recover gleefully remarks that somebody should "stab the motherf*cker in the heart, please."

"You wanna make it down there a little bit further?" a woman says offscreen.

"I don't wanna get shot though," somebody else says with a chuckle.

"I don't either. But, I'm thinking we could. I wish a motherf*cker would tackle me though," a second woman says.

"I am not trying to break my shoulder like Mitch! I wonder how that whole thing.." the first woman declares.

Not surprising. Too bad the media doesn’t report these type of events as much as they report on right wing loonies.

it amazes me conservatives think they are on the good and moral side. They are anything but.

I've never seen one here yet that can either justify their hatred or apologize for it. Have you ever heard any Trump supporter here say "I finally get it, Trump is a bad thing for this country" ? Nobody likes to admit when they've been wrong but all it takes is some integrity to be able to do that. So they never will.
