The Tylenol killer was evil. Thirteen random people died. But that doesn't mean that potentially spreading the flu is merely "stupid."

LUFKIN, Texas (KTRK) -- With federal charges being considered in the case of a viral video ice cream licking, police in the Lufkin area say they will meet with the Food and Drug Administration on Friday to discuss the recorded contamination.

The woman will face a charge of second-degree felony tampering with a consumer product when she is arrested, police say. If convicted, the count carries a prison term of two to 20 years.

Detectives also want to know the identity of the man in the green shirt who entered the store with her. Blue Bell licker goes viral: Woman faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted | abc13.com

Except that as it turns out, she's a juvenile and has been turned over to juvenile justice authorities. Looks as if the folks from around San Antone who identified her (see Heavy.com link earlier in thread) were right. Despite the teen's name being withheld because of her age, I wonder how long it will take for her name to be known anyway.

Mature Christians do not approve of unkind, unhealthy, or illegal acts. Public schools have removed themselves as teachers of good godly principles outlined in the Bible.

Her lack of knowledge of the consequences will not eliminate the criminality of her actions but may reduce her punishment.
