You know that I think that he should be shot in the head and dumped at sea...
Good answer.
You know that I think that he should be shot in the head and dumped at sea...
Initially the Nazi "side" included many non-Nazi's ... to whom he was referring.
Nope. I know each of the groups involved it was always a white nationalist rally on their side.
You know the White Nationalists?
It doesn't have anything to do with the case... it has everything to do with mental capacity instead.
There are plenty of serial murderers serving life sentences in prison. Your "mental capacity" hangup is moot.
Fields plead guilty to first degree murder. The judge asked Fields if he fully understood the first murder charge, and wished to change his plea.
Fields told the judge that yes he understood the charge, and he did not wish to change his guilty plea.
To make things clear the “non nazi” portion of the unite the right rally was vanguard america (openly fascist organization) III percenters (far right militia), KKK, league of the south, etc. There were no good people on the UTR side full stop.
There were initially... not on their side but on that side.
There were what? What side? Im trying to see what you are referring to because you havnt been specific. People who repeat Trump’s statement never specifically point out who they are referring to. I know who was going there as i watched this event pretty closely. This is the advantage i have over Trump. You can figure this out too.
You watched the event in person... the entire thing? Every person from the absolute beginning?
See thats the thing. I dont have to. Trump and you made the original claim that there were good people on both sides. That is a claim that has a burden of proof. Ive watched the gut wrenching footage. Any good person would have left the moment they saw the tiki torches if they were protesting the removal of the statues.
No...THAT is the thing... the good people he and I are referring to are the ones that left when the tiki torches came out and the Nazi's took over. That is what the Trump Haters and ignoramuses either don't get or lie about... for some retarded reason.
He should be shown the same type of lienency that smollett recieved for his hate crime.

They both committed hate crimesFFS Smollett, really. What is the connection here?
You still don't get what my point was...

James Alex Fields Jr. of Maumee, Ohio, had pleaded guilty in March to the 2017 attack that killed one person and injured more than two dozen others. In exchange, prosecutors dropped the charge that would have been punishable by death. He will be sentenced next month on separate state charges, which could add additional life sentences. A jury recommended life plus 419 years. Fields was charged with 29 hate crime counts and one count of "racially motivated violent interference." He pleaded guilty to 29 of the counts.

This is important when you argue that he didn't commit a hate crime.
We have to be careful here and not let our emotions get in the way. All this, from the start of the protest to the killing and trial has been complicated by emotions running his on both sides.
Either way, the guy was convicted. The punishment should fit the crime. My guess is that, unless he is granted solitary confinement, someone will get to him. I could be wrong
You have no idea how to debate properly...
Is it your position that hate crimes only matter if someone is murdered or they only matter to you when its someone on the right perpetrating it? Dont bother to answer that, its rhetorical. We both know the answer.Remind me who Smolette murdered. I guess I wasn't following his case as obsessively as racist wing nuts and must've missed that!

Yes to both? It's an idiotic question! Of course the answer is yes. If someone is beaten and fully recovers it is better than being murdered.
I can't even believe you asked that question
Yes to both?
