Man in country illegally charged with 11 murders in Texas

Well isn't that about the dumbest thing I've read from you.

Listen. This guy was incarcerated three times that I know of, two for DWI and once for assault. Also charged and convicted of 'failing to identify himself'. Think of that- an illegal immigrant was arrested, charged, convicted and released three times and then went on to try to break serial killer records. This story is about the absolute incompetence of the whole criminal justice system. Incompetent people, screwed-up system and the discussion is about race and partisanship?

Correction, "incompetent Democrats." The cities involved have Democrat DAs and Democrat police chiefs and sheriffs. It is not the "whole criminal justice system." It is the Democratic Party's criminal justice system.

He should have been sent to prison for those crimes,finished his prison sentence and then deported.

Unless those 80 million white christian males are here illegally then they have every right to be here in this country. Those 11 to 20 million illegal aliens do not have any right what so ever to be in this country. So it is irrelevant what percentage of citizens IE people who have every right to be here commit crimes.

Wrong, you see the goal of any law is to benefit society and make the people safer. If 98% of a group of people are good and only 2% are bad a law that would remove them all from the country would be a net negative for the country. For the benefit of society and safety of the people our goal should be to isolate the 2% of bad people away from the 98% of good people. Since we already have laws on the books to do exactly that among our natural citizens simply applying those same exact laws to undocumented immigrants should be all that is necessary.

If you truly believe that All Men Are Created Equal then there is absolutely no rational basis for treating a person born in Mexico differently than a person born in America.

Loada crap. I saw about a dozen links when I googled the guys name. All to mainsream media sites, all saying he was living tn the States illegally.
