Dishonest Installation of Bob Kraft Survailance Cameras

Yeah, lunacy really shakes me to my existential bones.

I would rather be crazy in seeking the truth than morbidly incurious and credulous.

Extremism or lunacy in pursuit of truth is no vice.

Morbid incuriosity and credulity is no virtue. Indeed, they are character flaws.

You honestly don't realize that's pathetic, do you.

I do know that in a time of universal deception (now) speaking the truth is a radical act. Thank YOU for demonstrating the truth and wisdom of Orwell.

I'm never surprised when Truthers are creepers, of course they hate prostitution stings.

Keep telling yourself that. You need falsehoods to exist and thrive.

Kraft acted illegally.

The cameras are a moot point.

He needs to pay the fine and move on by letting his son run the Patriots.

How does the Government prove that any of the massage or tip money was intended to pay for sex?

What if the massage ladies thought there would be no tip, and just gave a voluntary free service?

Did Bob ask for sex and offer money?

What if Bob did nothing wrong, and had no wrong thoughts?

Bob's$100.00 tip was probably just a habit, not a form of payment.

The government apparently can prove nothing at all. The government is after ratings and approval, not justice or doing the right thing.

Prosecutors may be wiser to avoid taking this case up on appeal, as the result may place limitations on the Patriot Act searches.

"Florida prosecutors on Friday appealed a judge’s ruling to bar the use as evidence videos allegedly showing New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft receiving sexual services for money at a massage parlor in January.

The judge’s ruling earlier this week has crippled the prosecutors’ case against Kraft, who is charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida.

Kraft’s lawyer, William Burck, said in a statement that Palm Beach County State’s Attorney Dave “Aronberg is acknowledging he has no case without the illegal video recordings that four Florida judges have now found to be unconstitutional.”

The video should be thrown out/banned from basis for a warrant, indictment or for any trial.

When Robert Kraft goes somewhere, people notice. It's not easy for him to get away with stuff. If all he wanted was a clean getaway, he could have called a discrete and expensive service. He was looking for the thrill of getting away with it.

The world is full to overflowing with real world accounts of wealthy powerful people getting a cheap thrill out of "slumming it".
It's not even an open secret, it's common knowledge.

Now, you'd think that people in the top echelons of show biz can easily afford high priced discreet incall and outcall services.
You'd think that, but you might be surprised to learn that some of the most powerful folks in show biz get an extra thrill engaging the services of a common street hooker because of the "naughty factor".

I think it effectively has been thrown out.

As Gladiator noted, there are implications for the PA, under which the camera was installed, according to an article in the snail mail REASON magazine.

The PA is a travesty itself, spawn of deception and fraud, and it should also be thrown out.
