And once again you are wrong as usual.
How is flipping the bird not a free speech issue?
Do explain, if you can.

Middle finger protected by the constitution - US court
When it comes to the middle finger, police might need a thicker skin.
A federal appeals court says a Michigan woman's constitutional rights were violated when she was handed a speeding ticket after giving the finger to a suburban Detroit officer in 2017. The decision means a lawsuit by Debra Cruise-Gulyas can proceed.
In a 3-0 decision on Wednesday, the court said Taylor Officer Matthew Minard "should have known better", even if the driver was rude.

A victory for the voice of the voiceless?
What are you going on about?
exactly
As do you.
Nothing you said refutes the fact that it is offensive, nor could it.
And someone playing favoritism doesn't change that either.
You too are being silly.
Flipping people off is offensive regardless if you take offense or not.
That it is offensive is not a fact.
Doh!Says you.
How is something offensive that doesn't make me offended? Oh, because you say so. I forgot.
Didja ever think, just for a moment, that you might be wrapped just a little too tight?
iLOL Wrong. The very act is offensive.
In Western culture, the finger or the middle finger (as in giving someone the (middle) finger or the bird[1] or flipping someone off),[1] is an obscene hand gesture. The gesture communicates moderate to extreme contempt, and is roughly equivalent in meaning to "**** off", "**** you", "shove it up your ass/arse", "up yours" or "go **** yourself".
The finger | Wiki
An obscene gesture is a movement or position of the body, especially of the hands or arms, that is considered exceedingly offensive or vulgar in some particular cultures. Such gestures are often sexually suggestive.

I think you're being offensive about that poor child's birth defect. How would you like it if you were born with just one finger on your left hand and some churlish boor called you offensive because of it?

Doh!
See above.
Again. Flipping people off is offensive regardless if you take offense or not.
:doh Wrong.and... so is animal cruelty. We're back to where we started.
:doh Wrong.
You can certainly be dishonest by saying you are offended by an image of a cat with a photoshopped hat on it's head, but it is not animal cruelty and you can not show it is.
I am entitled to be offended by images of animals wearing clothes if I believe animals are being victimized by people who think it is cute to force animals to wear clothing. You are entitled to be offended by a meme of a child flipping the bird, even though there is no victim. I am entitled to call you silly and you are entitled to call me silly. In the meantime, you are not going to change your avatar even though it offends me, and Superfly is not going to change hers even though it offends you.
Being offended by something that victimizes no one is silly.
and... so is animal cruelty. We're back to where we started. :doh
You are being silly again.
The act itself is offensive regardless if you find it offensive or not.

Wrong as usual.Offensive is not a fact, it is an opinion that people choose to form. Some people like you choose to be offended by the middle finger. Because it harms no one, I do not choose to be offended. So when I look at Superfly's avatar, I do not experience an irrational emotional reaction to it, other than mild humor. You should try choosing not to be offended by the middle finger since there is no rational reason to be offended by it other than other people told you to. You might live a happier life.

I provided relevant source material which you can not refute.

I have had it for close to two years, and it's heritage is also extremely important to me.
Save removal being forced by the royal family, I shall continually wear my crest with pride.
