Should being at risk of committing a crime lead to an arrest?

Skilled labor is the working class IMO. I was thinking more about the intelligentsia, the academics, those involved in learning and universities, the wealthy...the ones the dictators get rid of.

As long as the academics understand the limitations placed by the dictatorship, they also can function. Being subject to a dictator is a whole lot better than a false sexual misconduct accusation from "#MeToo".

Funny, throughout history, it's been common for them to be gathered up, and imprisoned/wiped out. No questions asked, no 'trial.'
