With our tyrannical judiciary that's absolutely the case. This is why I do not care if the president starts acting tyrannical (assuming he's on my side). The tyranny of our liberal judiciary has been continuing without impediment for decades.

It's not, which is why I differ from white nationalists in that (at this time) I don't even want immigration from white nations, nor do I want non-white citizens deported. I want the same program that we had from the 1920s-1960s to deal with immigration.

I don't understand why a judge in California gets to decide. Why wouldn't the appropriate judges be from Virginia?

I remember way back in the 70's the Nazis wanted to match through a predominately Jewish town of Skokie, Illinois. A Judge said no, but the ACLU DEFENDED the Nazis.. The Republicans and Conservatives were OUTRAGED that any American group would defend the Nazis right to march, or be allowed to do anything in the US.

But nowadays the Republicans actually defend and excuse the Nazis even against Americans. A 180 degree turn...

NAZIs are indeed a threat to the American way of life, as long as you use the 1945 definition of a NAZI.

Is that the judiciary or the various attorney generals and public prosecutors? Judges can't force cases to be brought before them. Prosecutors have to bring them. So I see it more as the corruption that is present in the elected officials of the local governments, like the mayors and governors.

There are many charges against the white nationalists are legitimate and rulings against them is not the issue. It's the lack of accountability of violent leftists...also the amazing lack of balanced news reporting as well.
